| My friend Mike currently has several VERY nice Datsun roadsters (Datsun
1600 and Datsun 2000) and Datsun Z cars for sale. He also has a HUGE
selection of Datsun roadster parts for sale and does great service and
restoration work. |

| Im looking for buying a 83 Datsun 280ZX for restoration use.
The car can be any shape but has to have a solid body. I need the car
with auto transmission, 2+2 version with regular L28 engine on it. South
West cars preferred. Please send a mail if you have such a car for sale. |
| I say weird in a nice way because thats the reason I brought this
fixer-upper.
Its a 65 Datsun 310 Sport Truck. Its really a sedan where Datsun cut the
rear seats out & made a P/U bed out of what was left. IE, the bed is part of
the body. Its my understanding that Datsun imported less then 1,000 of
these little puppies. Its soooo ugly that its darn right cute, what with
all its chrome & diminutive size!
Anyway, weve totally ed it, sandblasted the body & had everything
re-chromed & painted. Mechanically its in great shape. I even have a spare
engine. The restoration is almost complete except that weve had no luck in
finding a source for all the rubber seals & gaskets for the doors & windows.
We also need a steering wheel. Any manuals or other documents would be icing
on the cake.
The truck (I have a problem calling it that when its smaller than a golf
cart) seems to use the same body as the Bluebird from that period.
I really would be appreciative if you folks could point me in a d. |
